Commander RS Rathore (Retd.) had been a Selector in SSB, Bhopal. He has 7 years of experience as a GTO. Students will get offline and online training as per their requirements. For online students, Commander Rathore will explain various tasks through PowerPoint presentations and videos. Theemphasis is on the right approach, ideas, methodology, and strategy.

The Psychological Tests are taught offline and online using PowerPoint presentations. Emphasis is laid on the correct method to write positive stories in the PPDT and TAT tests. Commander Rathore will share tricks & tips to tackle WAT and SRTeffectively. The art of writing a self-description is also taught in the online class. Students discuss their Stories, WAT, SRT,& SD during the practice sessions. It ensuresthat each student receives individual attention from Commander Rathore. Individual & group counselling helpsfreshers & repeaters align with the appropriate psychological approach. Both freshers and repeatersbenefit from regular practice of psychological tests.

Commander Rathore teach various aspects of the interview, such as dressing, mannerisms, ways of answering questions, probable questions, and their answers. The SSB classincludes one hour of doubt sessions every day, during which probable questions in personal Interviews are discussed, and the best answer is arrived at. Each candidate gets to appear in a mock Interview. The student's performance during the interview is analysed, and a debrief is shared with the candidate.
