Answer by Cdr Rathore: SRT (situation reaction test) is a psychological test. It is the third test (first one is TAT, 2nd is WAT) in the series of psychological tests. 60 situations are given to a candidate. The candidate must solve it in 30 minutes.
SRT sets are different only for women entry and Service entry (ACC, SL, SD etc.).
All other entries have similar sets. A batch of candidates can get any set out of many sets available (irrespective of the entry). SRT sets are not designed for different age groups.
How to solve SRT is explained in my book, “Best book on SSB Interview”. The book is available online on Amazon & Flipkart.
For personalized training on SRT & other tests of SSB and written exam, students can join my coaching in Bhopal.
