The SSB Training in Commander Rathoreâ“ DEFENCESELECT ACADEMY is conducted by Commander RS Rathore (retd.) who was GTO in SSB Bhopal for more than 7 years. The selection of officers in Armed Forces is through written test followed by 5 days of practical tests at SSB, which requires covering full syllabus, providing latest pattern question, practical & personal guidance.

RS DEFENCESELECT ACADEMY is located centrally in MP Nagar. It is well equipped with technical aids. It offers coaching for written examination of NDA, CDS, AFCAT, CAPF, Coast Guard, Sub Inspector and other ranks of Army , Navy and Air force (Technical and non Technical). The SSB Interview training for NDA, TES, CDS, AFCAT, UES, TGC, Education and logistics etc ensures maximum selection. The SSB interview training for short service commission for all entries is also provided in the Academy. The academy boasts of best pass percentage in NDA written and CDS written examination.
